CHOCOLATE PANCAKES





Ingredients:

100 g cake flour
30 g cooking chocolate
1 tbsp baking powder
50 g caster sugar
a pinch of salt

65 ml fresh milk
2 tsp vanilla essence
1 nos egg
25 g unsalted butter - melted


Method:


  • Double boil cooking chocolate until melted.Put aside.
  • In a bowl, add the cake flour, baking powder, caster sugar and salt together and mix well.
  • Stir in cooking chocolate, fresh milk, vanilla essence, egg and melted butter until the mixture turn into smooth batter.Leaves aside to rest for about half an hour before pan frying.
  • Scoop the batter to onto a pan frying. Cook both aside until cook
  • Remove from the pan and spread with butter, pancakes syrup or honey.

BERGEDIL AYAM




Ingredients:

8 biji kentang
2 ketul burger ayam ( dihiris )
1 batang daun bawang ( dihiris )
1 batang daun sup ( dihiris )
50 g bawang ( dihiris )
3 sudu bsar bawang goreng
1 susu kcil lada hitam
sedikit garam

2 telur ( dipukul )

Method:


  • Goreng kentang hingga masak setelah itu lencekkan ia seperti kentang lenyek.
  • Daging burger tu goreng dulu pastu tumbuk atau hancur-hancurkan.
  • Campurkan burger, daun bawang, daun sup, bawang, bawang goreng,lada hitam dan sedikit garam.
  • Gaulkan sehingga sebati dan bentukkan ia menjadi bulat.
  • Celupkan bergedil kedalam telur dan goreng sehingga keemasan.
  • Sedia untuk dihidang.

CHOCOLATE SPONGE CAKE




The ingredients:

8 nos eggs
250 g castor sugar
25 g ovalette
100 ml water

200 g cake flour
50 g cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder

125 g melted butter


Method:


  • Place the whole eggs, sugar, ovalette, and water in a mixer bowl.
  • Sift the flours, cocoa powder and baking powder together into the mixer and beat at high speed until foamy.
  • Add in the melted butter, stir well and pour into the mould.
  • Bake at 180oc for approximately 20 minutes.
  • Let the sponge cool before removing from the pan.

BUTTERCREAM FROSTING


Assalamualaikum......



This picture from google because i don't take the picture while making it...This recipe so easy and u don't have to spend so much money to make 'cover' for ur cake or cupcake...


The ingredients:

1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 1/2 - 2 cup icing sugar
1 - 2 tablespoon milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract.


Method:


  • Put butter in mixer and beat it for 5 minutes.Make sure it become fluffy.
  • Add in a little not whole icing sugar.Beat it again.
  • Pour a little milk same with icing sugar not whole milk.
  • Beat it until all ingredients combine then put icing sugar and milk and stir it again.
  • Lastly, add in vanilla extract and beat it until it not fall from whisk.
  • Done.Serve it with cake or cupcake.

SOFT BUN

Soft bun is a simple bun we can add anything inside it or on top. I want share this recipe with u guys....

The ingredients:

1 nos egg
500 gm bread flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoon margarine
1 teaspoon shortening
1 tablespoon milk powder
2 teaspoon yeast ( pour it in 100 ml hot water )
200 ml water ( add in egg and sweetened condensed milk in bowl, stir it and add water until 200 ml)


Method:


  • Soak yeast viewed in 100 ml of warm water with a little sugar (sally park 1 tablespoon sugar). Let till light and frothy. 
  • Set aside while you combine tu dry ingredients of the bread flour, sugar and milk powder. 
  • Then add the liquid ingredients of the mixture of sweetened condensed milk, egg and water mixture and also yeast. Stir well.
  • Finally add the margarine and shortening. Knead until smooth and elastic. Let the dough rise for a while until fluffy.
  • When already up, punch the dough to expel air in it. Round circle of dough and place on the tray were coated with margarine. Cover and let dough rise 2-fold. 
  • Rub the mixture over the surface of the dough with water and sweetened condensed milk, then sprinkle a little sugar. 
  • When you've done the lift and rub the surface of the bread with margarine. Bake at 160oC for 15-18 minutes.

CHOCOLATE BUNDT CAKE





This chocolate cake my mum made base on recipe from my untie..I love this cake because it so soft and make u want eat it more and more....

The ingredients:

2 cup self-raising flour
2 cup sugar
2 nos egg
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoon soda bicarbonate
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk powder
1 cup mazola oil
1 1/2 teaspoon essence vanila
1 cup hot water ( can use coffee or nescafe)

Method:


  • Mix all ingredients except hot water.
  • Stir well and pour hot water.
  • Stir again until all ingredients combine.
  • Pour it in tube pan and bake for 45 minutes using the gas stove.

Easy Batik Cake

Hello everyone and Assalamualaikum...........




Today i want to share to u how to make an easy batik cake..This is my 1st try and the result was impressive..This is an easy and simple cake to make. 

The ingredients:

350 g of cooking chocolate
4 tablespoon of cocoa powder 
100 g of buttercup
2 eggs
330 g of biscuits Marie (cut in large pieces)
1/2 cup of milk 

Method:

  • Melt cooking chocolate at a low temp to make sure the chocolate not burn (taste).
  • Add in cocoa powder, eggs and milk.Stir well.
  • When all ingredients combine add in butter and stir it again.
  • Lastly add in biscuits. Just stir it for a while because we don't want the biscuits to smash.
  • Put it in tray and keep it in refrigerator for about 2 hours or a night for a better result.
